Hans Peterson has been with Clark Dietz since 1996 and most recently served as the lead for the Indiana Civil/Environmental team. During his Clark Dietz tenure, Hans served 13 years on the Board of Directors, including terms as Corporate Secretary and Treasurer. He has been a mentor and valuable technical resource to numerous staff and trusted advisor to clients by sharing his expertise in the planning, design, and construction of stormwater and wastewater collection systems throughout the Midwest.
Outside of Clark Dietz, Hans’ professional, civic, and volunteer organization efforts are unique and far-reaching. Hans has been an active member of ACEC Indiana since 1997, including a term on the Board of Directors. Hans was one of the pioneers working to address drinking and wastewater needs and the advancement of sustainable funding mechanisms in the State of Indiana by serving on the ACEC ad hoc advisory committee to the Governor’s Water Infrastructure Task Force in 2018. He has also been a member of the Water Environment Federation since 1998.
Hans has always been willing to give back and improve his community and has exemplified the mission and values of Clark Dietz. He has been committed to improving the consulting engineering field and has had a positive impact on many communities throughout the Midwest.
