Clark Dietz is pleased to announce that Shane Spicer, PE, has joined our firm as the Southern Indiana Civil/Environmental Team Leader. Shane brings with him over two decades of expertise in water and wastewater treatment operations, water distribution, and wastewater collection and treatment design. He holds a Bachelor of Science and Master of Engineering in Civil Engineering from the University of Louisville.
Shane’s career highlights include extensive experience in securing funding through programs like SRF and USDA, developing asset management plans for municipal infrastructure, and leading projects that enhance operational efficiency and environmental compliance. His work has been instrumental in supporting municipalities with sustainable infrastructure solutions that meet evolving regulatory requirements. Additionally, Shane has demonstrated a knowledge of municipal infrastructure alternative delivery methods, including Public-Private Partnerships (P3) and Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) frameworks. His comprehensive understanding of state and federal construction permitting further solidifies his role as a trusted advisor in the industry.
