Indianapolis, IN – Jacob Phillips has joined the Indianapolis, IN office as Central Indiana Area Manager. Originally from California, Jacob earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Technology from Thomas Edison State University. His immediate past employment for the Indiana Department of Transportation (INDOT) included his service as Director of Project Development for the Greenfield District. Prior to joining INDOT, Jacob worked for Scient Applications Intl. Corporation where he held positions in operations management and workforce development following an early career in law enforcement. He has served in the Marine Corps Reserve for 28 years and as a volunteer fireman for the past 12 years. Jacob’s extensive experience in project development at INDOT, combined with his background in operations management, workforce development, and commitment to public service, positions him to lead our technical engineering team effectively, ensuring excellent client service and regional growth.
