Project Manager
Mr. Chandler is a bridge project manager with experience in bridge replacement and rehabilitation projects, and roadway engineering. He has been responsible for all features of project development including construction plans, specifications, cost estimates and contract documents for rural and urban projects for state and local agencies. His bridge design experience includes hydrology and hydraulic design as well as structural design ranging from single span and 3 span reinforced concrete flat and haunch slabs to prestressed precast concrete I-beams.
Bobby’s experience also includes the horizontal and vertical alignment layouts for rural and urban arterial, collector and local roadways, the maintenance of traffic planning, utility coordination, conducting public meetings, as well as communicating with and coordinating with state and local agencies, property owners and other consultants. He has also reduced project costs through level one design exceptions when appropriate and not at the sacrifice of safety to the general public.
