Mr. Payne has more than 40 years of experience with design and construction of large mechanical and electrical systems including utility plants and distribution systems, and HVAC, plumbing and fire protection systems. He has extensive utility plant experience such as steam and hot water systems, chiller plants, compressed air and vacuum systems, propane plants, fuel oil storage, and specialty gas storage and handling. Ken has designed and managed mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection work in commercial, academic, municipal, industrial, medical, and correctional facilities. A leader in sustainable design initiatives, Ken is knowledgeable in the application of LEED principles for mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems.
