It is with best wishes that we congratulate Kevin Loiselle, PE on his retirement from Clark Dietz! Kevin joined Farrar Garvey & Associates in 1988 and continued his tenure with Clark Dietz with the acquisition of Farrar Garvey in 2007.

After decades of dedication to bridge design and inspection, Kevin leaves behind a significant impact on communities across Indiana. His career, defined by engineering excellence, has seen him involved in a wide range of projects, from small 24-foot span bridges to massive 765-foot steel plate girder bridges. Kevin’s expertise in environmental report preparation, hydraulic analysis, structural design, and historic bridge rehabilitation has earned him widespread respect.

Kevin’s client-focused approach and deep knowledge have made him a trusted partner in improving bridge safety and functionality. Over his career, he has inspected and supervised the inspection of over 2,400 bridges for 20 Indiana Counties, contributing to the safety and longevity of Indiana’s infrastructure.

Reflecting on Kevin’s career, Indiana Regional Director Kevin Hetrick, PE shared, “Kevin’s value goes beyond his technical skills—his ability to mentor and guide young engineers has been instrumental in shaping our team’s future. His passion for the work and dedication to excellence has left a lasting legacy.”
